Vocotruyen

Vietnam Traditional Martial Arts, called Vietnam Vocotruyen, has been established and developed for thousand years along with Vietnam national history. Vietnam Traditional Martial Arts are not only the very typical techniques; multi forms of weapons and bare hand but also a special traditional cultural hesitate of Vietnamese people.

In recent years, Vietnam Traditional Martial Arts has been expanded strongly in more than 50 countries in worldwide and practiced by a lot of people, became an attractive public martial art.

Due to the said continuous development, the Vietnam Government agree to establish the World Federation of Vietnam Vocotruyen (WFVV) in order to support Vietnam Traditional Martial Arts to be an international martial arts, including attractive categories such as demonstrations and combat competition especially.

OCA makes decision to choose Vietnam Traditional Martial Arts include in the official competition disciplines in the 5th Asian Beach Games – Da Nang 2016.
